Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven Paid Search Manager to join our expanding HQ Performance Marketing Team. This role offers a unique opportunity for an individual with a strong growth mindset to lead us in scaling our paid search campaigns to new heights. The Paid Search Executive will be reporting directly to the Digital Excellence Lead.
In addition to building, optimizing, and reporting on paid search campaigns, the role also includes the exciting challenge of implementing new tools and frameworks to better support the team and scale our Paid Search Initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with Regional Digital Marketing Managers from over 20 countries, gaining remarkable global exposure and collaborating with diverse teams, all towards ensuring consistency and efficiency in all paid search efforts.
What You'll Do:
Support Regional Digital Marketing Managers: Assist the Regional Digital Marketing Managers in the execution, optimization and reporting of their Paid Search campaigns
Conduct Campaign Audits: Perform deep dive audits into respective markets' Paid Search campaigns to identify areas of improvement.
Handle Keyword Research & Creation of Ad Copy: Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copies, and manage campaign elements such as conversion rates, bidding, call-to-action, etc.
Analyze & Report: Analyze keyword costs, split testing, landing pages, cost per conversion, and inform stakeholders of new opportunities, potential risks, and other key issues.
Maintain Data Tracking: Ensure robust data tracking via Google Tag Manager and Analytics.
Stay Informed: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry news and best practices.
Guide Team Members: Provide clear communication on PPC best practices to team members and guide them on applying these practices to their campaigns.
Support Performance Marketing Team: Assist and drive the performance marketing team in generating more revenue through non-brand campaigns.
Test New Strategies: Launch, test, and refine new Paid Search strategies and channels to drive growth in Paid Search
Who You Are:
You have at least 2 years of experience in Paid Search Marketing
You're fluent in written and spoken English.
You have a proven track record in lead generation, driving traffic, and growing audiences.
You excel in working cohesively with different teams and regions.
