What this role is responsible for:
This role is responsible for driving new revenue growth through digital channels by leading structured experimentation, uncovering new opportunities, and continuously optimizing campaign performance.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist – Growth & Experimentation, you will:
Design and execute end-to-end experiments across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Build and refine testing frameworks that bring structure, consistency, and clarity to how we test globally.
Lead CRO initiatives across landing pages, funnels, and key conversion points, using data, heatmaps, user behaviour insights, and experimentation.
Identify new platforms, formats, and market opportunities to accelerate growth.
Analyze data deeply to turn insights into scalable strategies and recommendations.
Partner cross-functionally with performance marketers, creatives, analysts, and product teams to bring experiments to life.
Champion a test-and-learn culture across the team, encouraging experimentation, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
This role is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial, resourceful “growth hacker” mindset — someone who is comfortable experimenting, learning fast, and finding new levers to grow the business.
What success looks like:
You’re an engaged, energetic, and collaborative team member who elevates the performance marketing team.
You consistently launch meaningful experiments that influence strategy and drive measurable business outcomes.
You can communicate insights clearly, turning complex data into simple, actionable narratives.
You’ve built or improved a global testing repository/framework to increase alignment, speed, and learning across markets.
You actively track results end-to-end — from lead generation to revenue impact — and use insights to guide next steps.
You serve as a trend-spotter, identifying new channels, formats, and tactics to unlock market-specific growth.
You demonstrate strong data literacy, using numbers to validate hypotheses and make informed decisions.
How you’ll know you’re crushing it (KPIs):
Tangible revenue growth driven from experiments in paid digital channels.
Increased volume and quality of structured experiments across markets.
Demonstrated success in testing new channels or formats that become scalable.
Incremental traffic, leads, and revenue generated from experimentation roadmaps.
What skills and experience you’ll need:
1-3 years of experience in paid digital marketing, with hands-on paid advertising execution such as Meta Ads, Google Ads and other ad platforms.
Proven experience designing and running structured A/B tests or multivariate experiments.
Experience with CRO methodologies — identifying friction points, running UX-driven experiments, optimizing landing pages, and improving conversion funnels.
Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and identify insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to tell stories with data.
Highly resourceful, able to self-learn new tools, platforms, or workflows (analytics, AI tools, automation, etc.).
Exceptional learning adaptability — comfortable picking up new skills in tech, data, or experimentation frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects and collaborate across a globally dispersed team.
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Marketo, Salesforce, or close equivalents.
(Bonus) Interest or experience in AI tools, data pipelines, automation, or lightweight technical workflows (e.g., scripts, connectors).
High agency mindset — you take ownership, move fast, solve problems independently, and create momentum even without perfect information. You don’t wait for direction; you find solutions, learn what you need, and make things happen.
If you're passionate about growing in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and want to work with cutting-edge technology, then we'd love to hear from you!
