Role Overview
As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you'll be contributing to an outstanding team at a kiwi Edtech unicorn. You are key to this team: you own the health and performance of the inbound admissions pipeline. Your mission is to ensure every lead is engaged with care and precision, Academic Advisors' (AA) calendars stay full of quality Initial Consultations, and the journey from first contact to booked IC is smooth and well-briefed. You are the first impression of what working with Crimson looks like, and the engine room of the NZ team.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline & Salesforce Hygiene
Book Initial Consultations between qualified families and Academic Advisors
Keep your Salesforce pipeline accurate and current, so every AA walks into an IC fully briefed
Maintain a real-time record of every interaction, so the team always knows exactly where a family stands
Provide fortnightly pipeline and performance updates to management
High-Touch Engagement
Call and qualify inbound leads across our products
Use guided questions to understand each family's needs and build genuine rapport before they reach an AA
Follow up with event attendees thoughtfully and on time
Make families feel looked after from the very first phone call
Events & Brand Building
Help plan and run local events that build brand awareness in NZ
Present at school talks, careers expos, and Crimson seminars when needed
Act as a true extension of the team wherever Crimson shows up in the community

Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM
Some understanding of US/UK university admissions
