The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive specialising in (Comms, SEO, Video) to join Crimson Education’s Singapore marketing team. In this role, you’ll support end-to-end campaign planning, execution and content marketing, shaping how families discover, engage with and connect with our brand.
You’ll work across multiple channels to build strong brand narratives and create compelling content across formats — including long-form written content, digital campaigns and video. A key part of this role will be supporting the ideation and production of video content, helping bring our campaigns, student stories and events to life through engaging visual storytelling.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Singapore. Open to Singapore citizens and permanent residents only.
What are the main responsibilities for this role?
Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, from ideation and content creation to launch, optimization and performance tracking
Lead ideation, scripting, filming and editing of video content for digital campaigns, social media and events, including event highlights, student stories and educational content
Create marketing content across blogs, EDMs, websites, digital ads and social media, with a focus on campaign storytelling that drives lead generation and conversion
Collaborate with product, sales and service teams to translate program offerings into clear, compelling campaign narratives and video concepts
Manage creative production by briefing designers, coordinating visual and video assets, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and on budget
Track and optimize campaign performance using key metrics such as engagement, CTR and conversions
What skills and experience are required?
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, com munications, journalism or a related discipline
2–3 years of experience in branding, content marketing, video production, PR, communications or advertising roles, either in-house or at an agency
Proven experience creating and managing content across channels, including long-form content (blogs, EDMs, website)
Strong writing, editing and content structuring skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across formats and audiences
Experience creating or producing video content (filming, editing or scripting) for marketing, social media or campaigns
Familiarity with SEO and SEM, including content optimization and paid search campaigns, is a plus
Comfortable managing content pipelines and calendars, from briefing to review to publication
Familiar with content performance metrics (e.g. engagement, CTR, conversion) and using data to inform optimization
Interest in education, student outcomes or global learning pathways; familiarity with admissions and international education systems is a plus
