To support our students, we have built / purpose for the role
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Singapore. Open to Singapore citizens and permanent residents only.
What are the main responsibilities for this role?
Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, from ideation and content creation to launch, optimization and performance analysis
Create engaging content across social, email, digital ads, video and website
Collaborate with product, sales and service teams to translate program offerings into clear, compelling campaigns
Manage creative production by briefing designers and overseeing visuals and video content
Track and optimize campaign performance using key metrics
Own timelines and budgets to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery
What skills and experience are required?
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English or a related discipline
1–3 years of experience in branding, content marketing, PR or advertising roles, either in-house or at an agency
Proven experience creating and managing content across channels (social, email, web, digital, video, etc.)
Strong writing, editing, content structuring and design skills, with attention to clarity, accuracy, tone and visual consistency
Experience working with designers, videographers or agencies to produce content assets
Comfortable managing content pipelines and calendars, from briefing to review to publication
Familiar with content performance metrics (e.g. engagement, CTR, conversion) and using data for optimization
Interest in education, student outcomes or global learning pathways; familiarity with admissions and international education systems is a plus
