About the Role
This is a full-time position, based in Auckland. You’ll help strengthen Crimson’s presence among Chinese communities in New Zealand by supporting bilingual marketing initiatives, generating and qualifying leads, and coordinating outreach events that connect with students and parents. The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport easily, be customer-obsessed, and have a growth mindset. The purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact for incoming leads and potential clients, ensuring a smooth customer experience across a variety of Crimson programs, by:
Managing, contacting, and qualifying inbound leads to Crimson New Zealand
Providing resources to leads to inform them of opportunities with Crimson
Working as part of a high performing team to provide the best experience to potential Crimson parents and students
About the Job (What are the main responsibilities for this role?)
Making calls and responding to enquiries from leads to qualify them for sales processes, ensuring that data is diligently and accurately entered and managed within Crimson’s Client Relations Management (CRM) system, Salesforce
Updating the record of these leads and tracking their movements to the next stage of the sales pipeline in Salesforce
Schedule meetings for the leads to meet with Crimson’s Academic Advisors
Establish, develop and maintain positive and professional customer interactions and relationships for Crimson
Continuously improving sales techniques, processes and enhancing industry knowledge
Coordinate and support outreach campaigns, including webinars, seminars, and school talks, expos, ensuring smooth execution and post-event follow-up.
Support localised bilingual marketing promotion - wechat posts, videos, Little Redbook post, case studies, and webinar content, brochures.
Manage WeChat group promotions, respond to inquiries, and contribute to online and offline content that enhances brand visibility and engagement.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, optimize conversion funnels, and improve lead-generations.
About You (What skills and experience are required?)
Ideally you have 2+ years’ experience in Customer Services or Sales & Marketing role
You are native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English on a professional level both speaking and writing
You are self- motivated, resilient and have the ability to take initiative and drive outcomes in a constantly-changing fast-paced environment
You possess excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
You are Professionalism, Time and Stress Management, Confidence, Positive attitude (patience, empathy), willingness to learn and go the extra mile
You have experience in US/UK college admissions which will be preferred but not required
You have the experience in the Education or professional services sector and using CRM (Salesforce) and multiple systems and platforms
You are passionate about education and technology
