About the Role
The Student Success & Sales Representative acts as the central coordinator between students, operations, and sales teams. This hybrid position combines elements of customer success and sales, with special emphasis on project management, ensuring that every student journey, internal initiative, and sales pipeline is executed efficiently, on time, and with measurable impact. This is a full-time, remote position in Mexico.
What are the main responsibilities for this role?
- Oversee the full student journey — onboarding, attendance, milestone tracking, etc.
- Act as the primary contact for families and students, ensuring satisfaction and consistent communication.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Managers, and Delivery Teams to guarantee program execution: setting timelines and deliverables, as well as coordinating online events, invitations, operational improvements, reporting, etc.
- Conduct qualification calls with leads; identify student goals and assist the sales team in scheduling consultation calls.
- Keeping track of leads with consistent follow-ups to facilitate conversion.
- Support other online and in-person events when needed.
- Keep data and CRM systems up to date.
What skills and experience are required?
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business or related fields.
- Proven experience in sales and project management.
- Experience in Customer Success is also desired.
- Salesforce or similar CRM proficiency is a plus.
- Advanced spreadsheet/reporting skills (Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards).
- Experience using project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, or equivalent).
- Strong English fluency, spoken and written.
- Experience in international education is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project ownership and deadline discipline.
- Results-driven.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-focused.
- Adaptable and proactive in fast-changing, global environments.
