Community/Outreach Representative (Salt Lake, Utah)
About American Infinite Academy (AIA)
AIA is a new online private school backed by Crimson Global Academy, a Top 3 Finalist for the World’s Best School Prize in Innovation.
Our mission is to make high-quality private education more accessible and affordable for U.S. families—especially those who want strong academics without being tied to rigid schedules or geography.
We’re expanding in ESA-funded states and looking for a part-time Community Rep to help us build early trust and momentum with local families.
Role Mission
Grow AIA’s presence in Utah ESA communities by showing up where families already are, sparking interest, and creating a trusted local connection.
Main Focus Areas
Build presence in Facebook/local parent groups: post, DM, answer questions, and engage directly.
Attend 2+ local ESA/homeschool events per month.
Host 1–2 AIA meetups (e.g., library or co-op space).
Book 1:1 coffees with vocal ESA parents/influencers.
Launch a 1-month AP elective pilot with 3+ families.
Track ESA calendar: funding drops, deadlines, renewals.
Track competitors and their enrollment periods.
Share live feedback on which messages work.
What We’re Looking For
Strong roots or network in ESA/homeschool/parent communities.
Comfortable with face-to-face outreach and online community engagement.
Experience in education, community organizing, or local marketing a plus.
Self-starter who thrives on building connections and moving fast.
