Are you a seasoned competitor with a passion for passing on your winning strategies? Do you have a track record of top placements in competitions? If so, we want YOU on our team!
We're seeking dynamic tutors who have not only excelled in competitions but are also eager to empower the next generation of champions. Whether it's Science, Essay, Tech, Humanities, or Olympiads, we're on a mission to sculpt winners!
These roles are part-time and hourly and you will be working remotely with students based around the world.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Working closely with a variety of students based across the world - including the US, Asia, Australia, and Europe
Conducting formal tutoring sessions with students on a frequent ongoing basis
Using your competition knowledge to deliver high-quality tutoring and guidance to prepare Crimson students for competitions they are participating in
Maintaining reasonable levels of communication with students outside of formal sessions (confirming with students the topic/content of upcoming sessions, editing drafts, reviewing student work)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
You have at least 10 hours of availability to tutor each week
You achieved top placements in the competitions you participated in and/or have extensive experience helping students place
You’re passionate about education and enjoy teaching - ideally, you’ve even got some experience tutoring students already!
You’re detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills
You’ve got fantastic verbal and written communication skills
