The Role
This is a full-time position, based in Auckland, New Zealand
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial individual to join Crimson’s New Zealand Operation. As the Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth of Crimson Education in the New Zealand market, with the goal to drive local awareness, lead generation, and new client acquisition.
The role is based in Auckland in our Parnell office, located in the Icehouse, reporting directly to the Country Manager. Flexible working environment with a hybrid arrangement of 3 days of your choice in the office.
This role is responsible for ensuring effective local offline and digital marketing through content creation and localisation, local partnership outreach, and digital targeting.
Responsibilities include:
Develop a deep understanding of our product positioning, messaging and competitive landscape within New Zealand, and leverage these insights to generating marketing ideas and owning marketing initiatives. Driving quality leads into consultations with the sales team.
Localising global campaigns and other marketing materials
Manage and grow Crimson’s following on organic social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Email and Telegram
Working closely with local sales & marketing colleagues, and HQ marketing team to create impactful and effective offline and online campaigns (including digital marketing ads to promote our events and services, creating local messaging and content assets that successfully engage and convert targeted prospects)
Working closely with the digital marketing team to tailor online content, landing pages, social posts, ads and EDMs to promote local events and initiatives.
Monitoring leads and conversion from marketing across all channels (Events, PR, FB, Content, Emails, PR, SEO & more) with weekly/monthly progress reporting, customer behaviour and user experience.
Organising and delivering marketing events and initiatives in New Zealand
What skills and experience are required?
Strong storytelling skill and ability to connect emotionally with target prospects
Understanding of how paid digital advertising works on Google, Facebook, and other social media platforms
Familiarity with Marketing software ie Marketo, Salesforce, Storyblok
