The Role
This is a full-time position based in Taipei, with a requirement to work onsite at the office on a regular basis. The business days are Tuesday - Saturday.
This role is responsible for ensuring effective local offline and digital marketing through content creation and localization, local partnership outreach, and digital targeting.
Responsibilities include:
Strategizing, managing and supporting end-to-end planning, execution and optimization of marketing campaigns and initiatives with the objective of increasing lead volume, conversion and revenue.
Creating high-quality content for digital ads, video, and social channels, as well as EDMs, blogs, and the website, with an emphasis on long-form and campaign-led storytelling.
Working closely with the digital team to tailor online content (copies, creatives, landing page and EDM content) to achieve targeted ROAS.
Owning and growing Crimson’s digital presence across social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LINE and YouTube, alongside Google Business Profile, to drive organic traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
Overseeing marketing, press and business development events, both online and in person, to funnel quality leads into the sales pipeline.
Implementing website management and SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.
Supporting PR and communications, including press materials, media interviews or inquiries and ensuring positive coverage.
Driving brand awareness of Crimson’s services and products through cross-channel branding initiatives.
Tracking and optimizing leads and conversion results across all revenue-generating channels (paid, owned and earned) with weekly/monthly progress reporting on lead behavior and experience.
Collaborating with product, sales and service teams to translate program offerings into clear, compelling campaign narratives.
What skills and experience are required?
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English or a related discipline
1+ years of experience withini a marketing function, built in either an internal or agency
Proven experience creating and managing content across channels, including long-form content (blogs, EDMs, website), with working knowledge of social and digital content
Strong writing, editing and content structuring skills, with a clear ability to adapt tone and messaging across formats and audiences
Experience with SEO and SEM, including content optimization and paid search campaigns, is a plus
Plan and execute communications strategies, including drafting media pitches and press releases, managing media outreach and inquiries
Comfortable managing content pipelines and calendars, from briefing to review to publication
Familiar with content performance metrics (e.g. engagement, CTR, conversion) and using data to inform optimization
Interest in education, student outcomes or global learning pathways; familiarity with admissions and international education systems is a plus
