Crimson Athletics supports ambitious student-athletes across 25+ countries, helping them navigate the US college recruitment process, build strong athletic and academic profiles, and pursue opportunities at leading universities.
💡 This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who understands sport, has a strong eye for content, and can bring campaigns to life across social media, webinars, website content, and digital assets.
What You’ll Do
1. Social Media & Content Creation
You’ll help grow the Crimson Athletics brand across Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels where student-athletes, parents, and coaches are paying attention.
This includes:
Creating social posts, reels, carousels, short-form videos, captions, hooks, and campaign content
Developing fresh ideas for athlete, parent, and coach-facing content
Turning complex recruitment topics into content that feels clear, engaging, and visually strong
Creating content around student-athlete stories, recruitment timelines, scholarships, US college pathways, and sports-specific insights
Tracking what performs well and improving content based on results
We are not looking for filler content. We are looking for someone who understands what makes athletes and families stop & watch.
2. Campaign & Asset Creation
You’ll support the execution of marketing campaigns across Crimson Athletics, helping turn ideas into polished, on-brand assets that drive awareness, leads, and engagement.
This includes:
Supporting webinar launches, event promotion, and campaign rollouts
Creating and polishing webinar slide decks
Supporting landing pages, email copy, ads, flyers, guides, case studies, and campaign visuals
Coordinating asset production with marketing, design, performance, sales, and athletics teams
You should enjoy making information look good. A big part of this role is taking raw ideas and turning them into content people actually want to read.
3. Website & Digital Content Support
You’ll help strengthen Crimson Athletics’ digital presence by supporting website content, blog creation, and simple content updates.
This includes:
Helping develop SEO-friendly and AI-focused content around US college recruitment, athletic scholarships, NCAA pathways, and sport-specific topics
Supporting simple website updates and content refreshes
Conducting research into industry trends, audience insights, and competitor content
Helping organize and maintain content assets so they can be reused across campaigns, sales, and social channels
You do not need to be a technical website expert, but you should be comfortable learning tools.
4. Marketing Operations & Campaign Support
You’ll support the backend setup that helps campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.
This includes:
Supporting email, webinar, landing page, and campaign setup
Helping track campaign performance and content results
Updating trackers, content calendars, and campaign documents
Supporting simple reporting on content and campaign performance
Helping identify what is working, what is not, and where we should improve
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be creating, organizing, launching, and learning every week.

You do not need to be micromanaged to get things done
You might be a junior marketer, content creator, social media associate, former athlete, sports media assistant, or designer-leaning marketer. We care more about your work quality, content instinct, and attitude than your exact years of experience.
Required Skills
1-2+ year of experience in marketing, content creation, social media, sports media, or a related field
Strong visual eye and good design taste
Experience creating social media content, especially Instagram posts, reels, carousels, or short-form video
Strong writing skills for captions, hooks, headlines, content, and campaign copy
Ability to create polished slide decks and campaign assets
Comfortable using Canva, Google Slides, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
Strong attention to detail
Good time management and ability to deliver on deadlines
Comfortable receiving feedback and making quick revisions
Strong communication skills in a remote team
Genuine understanding of athletes, sports culture, or the student-athlete journey
Nice to Have
Experience in sport, athletics, education, recruitment, admissions, or student-facing brands
Knowledge of the US college athletics and recruitment landscape
Experience creating webinar decks, ebooks, case studies, or lead-gen assets
Basic understanding of paid social, email marketing, or campaign funnels
Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Google, or LinkedIn campaigns
Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or short-form video editing
Experience with Webflow, Marketo, ChatGPT, or simple AI content tools
