💡 This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has a strong eye for design, understands what makes content engaging, and can bring ideas to life quickly and consistently.
You do not need 5+ years of experience. You do need taste, initiative, attention to detail, and a portfolio that shows you can create good content.
What You’ll Do
1. Social Media & Content Creation
You’ll help own and grow our social presence across Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
This includes:
Creating social posts, reels, carousels, short-form videos, captions, hooks, and campaign content
Developing fresh ideas for parent and student-facing content
Turning education topics into content that feels clear, engaging, and visually strong
Tracking what performs well and improving content based on results
We are not looking for filler content. We are looking for someone who can create posts that parents and students actually stop and pay attention to.
2. Webinar Decks & Visual Campaign Assets
Webinars are a core part of our marketing engine, and this role will support the creation of high-quality visual assets that bring campaigns to life.
This includes:
Creating and polishing webinar slide decks
Supporting ebook, guide, flyer, landing page, and ad asset creation
Creating simple campaign visuals in Canva or similar tools
Adapting content for different markets and audiences
Making sure assets are clear, polished, on-brand, and easy to understand
You should enjoy making information look good. A big part of this role is taking raw ideas and turning them into content people actually want to read, watch, or attend.
3. Campaign & Community Support
You’ll support marketing campaigns across Rise and BDSA, especially where content, social, and community engagement come together.
This includes:
Supporting webinar launches, event promotion, and campaign rollouts
Creating content for student stories, testimonials, case studies, and parent-facing education topics
Helping build community-style content around student growth, admissions, skills development, and early profile building
Repurposing long-form content into social posts, short videos, carousels, and email/landing page content
Working with the marketing team, strategists, designers, and performance teams to deliver campaigns on time

You care about education, students, self-development, or admissions
You are organized and can manage multiple small projects at once
