Clearly articulate Crimson’s differentiated value and long-term impact
Ensure a seamless transition from sale to onboarding and student success

Proactively engage new and existing leads across multiple channels
Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and move families forward
Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships where appropriate
Collaborate & Improve
Partner with marketing and events teams to support lead generation initiatives
Provide feedback on lead quality, messaging, and sales processes
Continuously refine your approach through coaching, data, and peer collaboration
What skills and experience are required?
Proven experience in consultative sales, ideally in a high-value service environment
Strong ability to build rapport and influence decisions with credibility and empathy
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High level of organization and ability to manage a remote pipeline effectively
A growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
Nice to have:
Familiarity with college admissions or competitive university landscapes
