About The Role
The Senior Growth Marketing Manager sits at the intersection of marketing, partnerships, and sales enablement, with a clear mandate: expand Revision Village’s reach to every IBDP learner and school globally. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role that blends commercial drive with creativity. You’ll design and run growth experiments across digital channels, optimise campaigns for impact, and help turn insights into initiatives that drive measurable adoption and revenue.
What You'll Do
Own and scale paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and YouTube. Personally manage budget, creative briefs, landing pages, and ROAS.
Manage and scale our UGC creator network. Source, brief, and optimise creators producing student-facing content for paid and organic channels.
Design and run lifecycle programs end-to-end: welcome, trial-to-paid, renewal, and retention.
Run data-driven growth experiments across email, paid, and community channels to acquire, nurture, and convert leads.
Build and run B2B school campaigns: webinars, conferences, scholarships, and direct outreach, in coordination with the partnerships team.
Build scalable playbooks and repeatable processes to accelerate product adoption.
Leverage AI tools to optimise campaigns, accelerate experimentation, and maximise ROI.
Work closely with our content teams to develop creative for paid, lifecycle, and organic channels.
Must Haves:
5+ years in growth or performance marketing. Clear ownership of revenue or subscriber growth targets in-house.
Performance marketing at scale. You’ve personally managed $50k+ per month in paid budget across Google and Meta, with documented ROAS improvements you can walk through.
Analytics fluency. GA4, attribution, cohort analysis. You read the data yourself.
Lifecycle and CRM depth. You’ve built and owned lifecycle programs end-to-end in Klaviyo, HubSpot, or equivalent.
Bonus: EdTech experience. You’ve worked within the education sector and understand the nuance of marketing to students, parents, teachers, or schools.
