We now operate across 21 markets worldwide, including the US, Canada, UK, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, and New Zealand.
The Role
We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to help us build a deeper, more accurate understanding of our core users—counselors, strategists, and student success team members.
This is not a pure UI role. We are looking for someone who can uncover how work really happens, identify where complexity creates friction, and design workflows that reduce cognitive load without oversimplifying the job. You will shape not only what we design, but how our team understands the people we are building for.
What are the main responsibilities for this role?
Build Deep Domain Expertise: Map the day-to-day workflows of counselors, strategists, and student success managers.
Run Continuous Discovery: Use shadowing, interviews, and prototype testing to uncover pain points and workarounds.
Translate Reality into UX: Turn messy operational realities into clear product flows, interaction models, and information architecture.
Design End-to-End Experiences: Solve for complex workflow tools and systems, rather than just isolated screens.
Collaborate Strategically: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to shape direction and priorities.
Drive Empathy: Help the wider team build shared understanding through storytelling, artifacts, and reviews.
Measure Impact: Use research and data to evaluate if design decisions are making work faster and more reliable.
What skills and experience are required?
Experience: You have 5+ years in B2B SaaS, workflow software, CRMs, or complex operational products.
Track Record: You have a history of turning research into shipped product improvements.
Systems Thinking: You can design multi-step, exception-heavy workflows with high information density.
Leadership: You enjoy leading discovery and influencing direction rather than just executing tickets.
Craft: You possess strong interaction and visual design skills paired with sound product judgment.
Communication: You can work seamlessly with PMs, engineers, and domain experts.
Bonus Points: Experience in EdTech, admissions, service design, or designing for expert (non-consumer) users.
