Crimson Education is a Series C global EdTech startup, founded in 2013, with a bold vision: to transform students into the world leaders of tomorrow through personalized education and technology. The Role
As a Boarding & Day School Interview Mentor, you'll coach students through one of the most personal and high-stakes parts of the admissions process — the interview. Drawing on your firsthand experience in a school admissions office, you'll help students articulate their story, present with confidence, and walk into their interviews prepared. You'll work with a globally diverse student base, partnering closely with families and Crimson strategists to give each student the best possible shot at their target schools.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree from a top 30 U.S. college.
Direct experience working in an admissions office at a competitive US boarding or day school is a must, including a proven track record of evaluating or supporting students through the admissions process. We will not progress your application without this.
