The Opportunity

As a Field Expert Masterclass Facilitator, you'll lead hands-on group sessions introducing students to your field. You'll cover key topics, career pathways, and a practical field challenge, giving students a real taste of what professionals in your area actually do.

Who We're Looking For

• A working professional with a degree from a Top 30 U.S. university (strongly preferred)

• At least 3 years of active, hands-on experience in your field — we're looking for practitioners who are genuinely immersed in their work, not just familiar with it. Candidates who have recently transitioned out of the field may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Deep expertise in one or more of our program fields: Life Sciences & Biotech, Environmental & Earth Sciences, Engineering & Innovation, Computer Science & AI, Business & Entrepreneurship, Law & Government, Psychology & Social Sciences, Creative Arts & Design, Media & Communication, or Literature & Writing

• Experience managing projects or guiding others through a structured process

• Genuine enthusiasm for working with young people and supporting their development

Time Commitment

• Each masterclass runs 1.5 hours and is delivered twice to accommodate different time zones.

• Facilitators commit to approximately 3 masterclass topics per year, meaning roughly 6 live sessions annually.

• Scheduling is coordinated in advance and fully remote.

Compensation
