With a presence in 28 countries and a team of 700+ professionals, we connect over 3,000 tutors and mentors with students aiming for admission to top universities or career pathways around the globe.

The Opportunity

As a Field Expert Masterclass Facilitator, you'll lead hands-on group sessions introducing students to your field. You'll cover career pathways and a practical field challenge, giving students a real taste of what professionals in your area actually do.

Who We're Looking For

  • A working professional with a degree from a Top 30 U.S. university (strongly preferred)

  • At least 3 years of active, hands-on experience in your field — we're looking for practitioners who are genuinely immersed in their work, not just familiar with it.

  • Deep expertise in one or more of our program fields: Humanities & Philosophy, Medicine & Health, Life Sciences & Biotech, Environmental & Earth Sciences, Engineering & Innovation, Computer Science & AI, Business & Entrepreneurship, Law & Government, Psychology & Social Sciences, Creative Arts & Design, Media & Communication, or Literature, Writing & Publishing

  • Experience managing projects or guiding others through a structured process. Field specific lecturing experience a plus!

  • Genuine enthusiasm for working with young people and supporting their development

Time Commitment

  • Each masterclass runs 1.5-2 hours and is delivered twice to accommodate different time zones.

  • Facilitators commit to approximately 3 masterclasses per year, meaning roughly 6 live sessions annually.

  • Scheduling is coordinated in advance and fully remote.
