The Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and creative Marketing Analyst to help drive Crimson Education’s expansion in Canada. This role combines marketing strategy, data analysis, and creative execution. The successful candidate will own the execution of cross-channel marketing initiatives, analyze performance across the full funnel, and use data-driven insights to identify opportunities that improve campaign effectiveness, lead quality, and conversion rates. This is a strategic, growth-focused role that requires both creativity and analytical rigor.

What are the main responsibilities for this role?
Strategic & Analytical
Support the execution of Crimson’s marketing strategy in Canada, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion growth.
Analyze marketing performance, customer behavior, and sales pipeline data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Propose, test, and iterate campaigns to maximize ROI.
Partner with sales to evaluate lead quality, pipeline progression, and campaign attribution, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Manage strategic partnerships to ensure marketing initiatives are executed smoothly, campaigns are aligned, and opportunities for collaboration and growth are maximized.
Campaign Development & Execution
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, ensuring alignment with Crimson’s brand positioning and value proposition.
Produce and coordinate marketing assets, including original copywriting, video content, landing pages, social ads, email campaigns, digital publications, and webinar materials.
Execute marketing automation workflows to improve lead nurturing and conversions.
Audit and optimize marketing touchpoints across the lead funnel.
Create, write, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospects, nurture leads, and drive conversions.
Webinars & Live Events
Execute webinar campaigns, including creating materials, hosting hour-long webinars, and reporting performance.
Support end-to-end coordination of live events, including promotion and post-event reporting.
What qualifications are required?
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with a preference for experience in the education space
Proven experience using data to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills, original video production and storytelling.
Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals: brand positioning, buyer personas, messaging, value propositions, and the sales funnel.
Familiarity with visual branding and design principles to support content creation and campaign development.
Confident public speaker, comfortable presenting to prospective families, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives across competing deadlines.
Comfortable working on a fully remote team across multiple time zones.
Experience in education marketing or knowledge of global university admissions (US, UK, EU, Ivy League) is a plus.
Experience with marketing automation, CRM, or analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Storyblok) is a plus.
Proficient in English (spoken and written).
