What are the main responsibilities for this role?
Independently take charge of the design, iteration and delivery of AI product modules or small-to-medium AI products, focusing on translating user needs and business objectives into feasible AI product solutions, with in-depth involvement in the full product lifecycle from demand research, prototype design to online operation and effect optimization.
Deeply understand LLM technologies, NLP principles and AI application scenarios, proficiently use AI development and automation tools (especially Dify.AI and n8n) to complete product prototype building, workflow design and functional verification — use Dify to quickly build LLM-powered application prototypes, implement RAG capabilities and prompt engineering optimization, and use n8n to design and orchestrate automated workflows that integrate AI capabilities with third-party applications/APIs
Lead AI product design work, including prompt engineering, model selection and parameter configuration, user interaction design for AI functions, and effect evaluation system building, to ensure that AI products have excellent user experience and practical business value.
Adopt a data-driven approach to monitor product operation indicators, analyze user behavior data and AI function effect data, identify product pain points and optimization directions, and promote continuous iteration and upgrading of AI products to improve user satisfaction and business conversion efficiency.
Track the latest trends of AI technologies and AI tools (such as Dify, n8n, Coze), conduct competitive product analysis and technical research, absorb advanced product design concepts and tool application experiences, and apply them to actual product work to enhance product competitiveness.
Assist in formulating the short-term product roadmap of the AI product team, put forward constructive suggestions for product strategy and technical route selection, and support the overall development of the team's products.
What skills and experience are required?
2-5 years of product manager work experience, among which at least 1-3 years of AI-related product design experience
Proficient in AI product design capabilities: having a deep understanding of LLM application principles, proficient in prompt engineering and RAG technology application, able to independently complete AI function design, effect evaluation and optimization, and have the ability to balance technical feasibility and user experience
Skilled in using AI tools: having practical experience in using Dify.AI or n8n etc
Having solid product thinking and user empathy, able to accurately capture user needs and business pain points, and design AI products that meet market demand; proficient in product prototype design tools (such as Figma, Axure) and demand documentation writing.
Having good technical understanding ability, able to communicate and cooperate with AI algorithm and engineering teams efficiently, understand the basic principles of AI technologies and their application limitations, and promote the effective landing of technical solutions.
Excellent logical thinking ability, communication and coordination ability, execution ability and problem-solving ability; able to work independently and under pressure, and have a strong sense of responsibility and self-driven spirit.
Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to use English as a working language to communicate with global teams
