To support our students, we have built / purpose for the role
This is a full-time position that can be worked remotely or in one of our many offices around the globe.
What are the main responsibilities for this role?
Mentor Management & Recruitment:
- Execute recruitment cycle: draft JDs, source candidates, screen applications, conduct interviews, process offers/contract
- Develop onboarding materials and training program
- Maintain recruitment pipeline and forecast hiring need
- Track mentor performance and manage feedback system
- Administer mentor payments and contracts
Quality Control & Program Support:
- Help drive 90% competition submission rate and 65% win-or-place rate
- Monitor session quality through random sampling and feedback review
- Address escalations and technical support needs
- Track session notes and completion rates
- Manage student-mentor relationship health
Program Operations:
- Match students with competition mentors
- Coordinate Judge reviews
- Monitor competition deadlines and submissions
- Manage masterclass scheduling and delivery
- Track student engagement and completion rates
Systems Management:
- Maintain competition and mentor databases
- Generate program metrics reports
- Optimize processes through automation
- Document operational procedures
- Troubleshoot platform issues
What skills and experience are required?
- Operations management experience
- Data analysis skills (Google Sheets)
- Recruitment process management
- Strong project management abilities
- Clear communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Knowledge of the high school competition landscape (preferred)
