This role requires a strong HR generalist with solid employee relations capability who will partner with managers globally across the full HR remit. You will provide strategic advice and support on performance management, employee relations, coaching, engagement, and day-to-day people decision-making. The role involves helping leaders navigate decisions by clearly outlining risks, consequences, and potential outcomes, then supporting execution based on the chosen direction. There will be a focus on building scalable frameworks and bringing fresh thinking to strengthen trust, enable high-performance and growth.
This isn't a traditional, black-and-white HR role — it's about genuinely partnering with managers, reading the room, picking up on nuances, and adapting to different leadership styles. The right person combines strong HR generalist capability with solid ER experience, exceptional judgment, and a commercial mindset. You will be pragmatic, AI-enabled, and skilled in guiding leaders through ambiguous and high-stakes situations, always focusing on outcomes that benefit both the business and its people. Fresh thinking and adaptability are essential, with a preference for candidates from startup or tech environments where agility and commercial thinking are second nature.
This is a hands-on role requiring confidence working across multiple jurisdictions, ideally in the UK, New Zealand or Australia, with exposure to the USA and Asian markets a plus. You will work closely with our HRBP in Singapore, learning the Crimson ways of working while being comfortable self-managing, prioritizing effectively, and making decisions in the best interests of the business.
This is a fully remote role requiring some flexibility across time zones, with the option to work in person if you are based near one of our offices.
