Rise and BDSA are two specialized programs within Crimson Education, designed to support students earlier in their academic journeys.
Crimson Rise is an intensive skills development and profile-building program for students aged 11–14, designed to cultivate the abilities and experiences young students need to succeed in high school, university, and beyond.
Crimson Education’s Boarding & Day School Admissions (BDSA) specializes in strategic profile development and admissions support for top US and UK private schools. Since its launch in 2020, BDSA has secured over 160 acceptances to more than 60 leading schools. The program helps students build standout profiles and prepares them to thrive in competitive school environments on the path to university.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead campaign execution and creative development across Crimson Rise and BDSA.
This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to turn strategy into high-performing campaigns — across paid, content, email, and events. You’ll write copy, manage creative production, build campaign workflows, and track performance to generate leads and grow brand awareness across global markets.
We’re looking for someone with strong marketing instincts, a sharp creative eye, and fluency in campaign KPIs.

What You’ll Do
- Develop compelling campaign concepts, write strong copy and slogans, and collaborate with design and content to bring creative ideas to life.
- Own and execute high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable growth in leads, conversions, and brand reach.
- Keep our campaign schedule tight, organised, and always on track — from concept to launch to performance review.
- Spot and launch new marketing initiatives that move the needle for growth and product visibility.
- Collaborate with design, content, sales, and local markets to create campaigns that are on brand, on time, and impossible to ignore.
- Track and analyze results to double down on what works and quickly refine what doesn’t.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution (40%)
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, events, partnerships) to meet lead and conversion targets.
- Own the end-to-end asset development process: draft the copy, brief design, assemble the asset folder, QA final creatives, and get campaigns live — sometimes within 24 hours.
- Ensure all campaigns are aligned with brand, product, and market objectives.
Project Management & Collaboration with Markets (25%)
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders across multiple projects.
- Coordinate with international teams to localise campaigns and ensure smooth execution.
Data Tracking & Analysis (20%)
- Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, analyse results, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Maintain accurate tracking in CRM and reporting tools for full visibility of campaign impact.
Asset Creation & New Initiatives (15%)
- Support the development and rollout of new marketing initiatives and test campaigns.
- Produce or coordinate marketing assets such as ebooks, landing pages, webinars, and ad creatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years’ experience in marketing, ideally in education or a related industry.
- Proven track record in campaign planning and execution, with strong results in growth or lead generation.
- Exceptional attention to detail — quality control is second nature to you.
- Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret results and apply learnings quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Collaborative approach — thrives in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
- Ambitious and eager to grow, with the ability to learn fast and adapt to changing priorities.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a global, multi-market environment.
- Knowledge of marketing tools such as SalesForce, Marketo, Google Analytics, and social ad platforms.
- Understanding of the education sector and student recruitment marketing.
