And we need your help to take our expansion global! Our team is looking to bring on someone to support the growth of upcoming marketing initiatives. This role will be fast-paced, with a breadth of day-to-day activities and endless development opportunities.
Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our CGA Japan team. This role is ideal for a creative, bilingual self-starter who is passionate about education and eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, international environment. As a Marketing Executive, you will have the opportunity to design and execute end-to-end campaigns, from strategy through to creative production and performance analysis. You will collaborate with colleagues across Japan and CGA’s global teams to drive student recruitment, strengthen our brand presence, and deliver meaningful experiences to students and families.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
- Organize and manage both online and offline events (30–300 participants), such as webinars, school fairs, and community activities.
- Create and localize marketing materials, including guides, student success stories, and event resources.
- Develop and implement digital campaigns across social media, email, and paid ads.
- Write compelling ad copy and social posts that resonate with our target audiences.
- Design creative assets (feed ads, banners, landing pages) using Canva or similar tools.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance; optimize future initiatives based on insights.
- Collaborate daily in a bilingual (Japanese/English) environment with both Japan and international marketing teams.

Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken)
- Business-level proficiency in English (TOEIC 860+ or equivalent)
- Ability to work on-site at our Tokyo office
- Prior experience in marketing, digital advertising, or content creation preferred
- Hands-on skills with Canva or similar design tools are a plus
