Marketing Intern

This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of marketing.

To support our students, we have built / purpose for the role
This is an internship position for our Singapore office, between 3-6 months with flexible hours on a hybrid work arrangement. Regret that there is no visa sponsorship available for this role.
What are the main responsibilities for this role?
- This role will be focused on developing and furthering Crimson's market presence in Singapore within new and existing areas.
- Support the planning, execution, and optimization of the local markets and advertising campaigns
- Assist with Chinese & English marketing initiatives
- Manage WeChat group promotions and respond to questions.Contribute to the creation of offline and online marketing content to increase brand awareness, create a positive customer experience, and increase conversions
- Consultation Booking: Engage with leads and prospects to schedule consultations with our experienced sales representatives.
- Assist with outreach tactics, including expos, seminars, school talks, and related event support Livestorm, Events, and Webinar coordinating and logistics
What skills and experience are required?
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin. Reading, writing, and editing skills are essential.
- Bachelor’s degree (or final year students are also welcome!) in the area of marketing or communications
- Be able to commit at least 3 to 5 days a week.
- Education industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience with Google Workspace & Excel is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High learning agility and growth mindset – comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Creativity and drive - you love to explore new ideas!
- Self-driven and self-directed
- Collaborative and communicative. A team player, someone who makes great things happen for others and yourself
- Desire to up-skill to a marketing executive and/or sales professional role
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Understanding of Marketo or other marketing integration software
- Event management experience
