Job Overview
Crimson Education is seeking a creative, hands-on, and digitally fluent Digital Marketing Associate to lead the production of content and campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and high-quality leads across the United States. This is a hybrid role combining strong writing skills, design capabilities, and a solid understanding of digital marketing.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing end-to-end marketing assets — from ebooks, landing pages, and presentation decks to paid ad creatives, social posts, and short-form video. You’ll also play a front-facing role in the brand by hosting webinars and occasionally attending live events. If you’re a strong individual contributor who can concept, create, and execute compelling campaigns from scratch, this role offers a unique opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, mission-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, design, and produce high-quality marketing assets including ebooks, webinar decks, landing page copy, paid ads, organic social posts, and videos
- Create engaging, conversion-focused copy for campaigns across Meta, Google, email, and web
- Design basic static and animated assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms
- Shoot and edit short-form or influencer-style videos (or write scripts and coordinate shoots) to support paid and organic campaigns
- Build and publish campaign landing pages using Storyblok (familiarity with similar tools is good too), optimizing for clarity, performance, and conversions
- Host webinars for prospective families, collaborating with internal experts and former admissions officers
- Attend and support occasional live events (parent seminars)
- Contribute to SEO efforts by writing or optimizing blog posts, page content, and metadata
- Analyze content and creative performance to inform future testing and iterations
- Maintain campaign folders, content libraries, and publishing schedules with strong attention to detail
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a creative generalist role
- Strong copywriting skills across formats (ads, ebooks, landing pages, social, email)
- Solid design and layout abilities (Canva, Adobe, or equivalent tools)
- Experience with basic video production/editing (e.g. Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or Canva video)
- Experience creating or editing landing pages using a CMS (Storyblok experience is a plus)
- Comfortable presenting to live audiences and hosting webinars
- Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns and timelines independently
- Familiar with performance marketing principles (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing)
- Willing to attend occasional live events and travel as needed (approx. 1–2 trips per quarter)
- Passionate about education and excited to support students on their journey to top universities
