Job Overview
We’re seeking a Conversion Copywriter who can craft high-converting copy and build end-to-end funnels that drive awareness, clicks, and high-quality leads. This is a remote role for someone who thrives on direct response marketing — from writing paid social and search ads that stop the scroll to optimizing landing pages, emails, and video scripts that convert.
This role goes beyond content creation. You’ll be testing hooks, headlines, and angles, developing messaging frameworks, and refining campaigns based on data. If you’re a persuasive storyteller with a knack for performance-driven copywriting and a passion for measurable results, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Write conversion-focused copy for digital campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other paid channels.
- Develop and optimize marketing funnels — from ad creative to landing pages, emails, and follow-up sequences.
- Test and iterate hooks, headlines, and CTAs using A/B testing and performance data.
- Produce scripts and short-form video ad copy with strong storytelling and direct response principles.
- Collaborate with designers and media buyers to create high-performing ad creatives (basic design skills in Canva or Adobe are a plus).
- Build and optimize campaign landing pages in Storyblok (or similar CMS) for clarity, speed, and conversions.
- Write and refine email nurture sequences and webinar registration funnels.
- Analyze campaign performance (CTR, CVR, ROAS) and adjust messaging based on insights.
- Host webinars for prospective families, collaborating with internal experts and former admissions officers
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in direct response copywriting, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
- A proven track record of writing high-converting ad copy, email campaigns, and landing pages.
- Deep familiarity with direct response principles (AIDA, PAS, or similar frameworks) and how to apply them to paid campaigns.
- Experience building multi-step funnels (ads, landing pages, email sequences).
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Storyblok (or other CMS), and basic video editing.
- Analytical mindset — comfortable looking at ad metrics and identifying what’s working and what’s not.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns on tight timelines.
- Passion for education and the ability to write empathetic, parent-focused messaging that resonates with our audience.

Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000
