We're seeking a strategic and hands-on marketer to drive growth for Crimson Global Academy (CGA) - our innovative online high school - across the USCA region. This role is ideal for a proactive marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategic thinking and tactical execution.
Impact You'll Make in Your First Year
Spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns for CGA across US and Canada
Take ownership of campaign execution, continuously optimizing performance metrics and driving measurable results
Contribute fresh, creative insights that elevate our marketing initiatives and deliver improved conversion rates
Independently track, analyze, and report on marketing performance across all channels with actionable insights
Strategically build CGA's brand presence throughout the region through innovative cross-channel initiatives
Collaborate with design teams to create compelling marketing assets that drive meaningful customer engagement
Serve as the marketing lead for local events, PR, digital content, social media, paid advertising, and email campaigns
Develop and manage materials for high-impact outreach events including expos, seminars, webinars, and school presentations
Actively exchange marketing best practices with global teams while adapting strategies to meet regional objectives
What sets you apart
5 years of proven marketing experience with demonstrable results
Strong initiative and a self-starter mindset that drives projects from concept to completion
Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution skills
Excellent content creation abilities with a talent for compelling brand storytelling
Experience managing digital marketing channels and optimizing campaign performance
Demonstrated understanding of the marketing-to-sales pipeline and conversion strategies
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
