Location: Hong Kong (remote work possible for part of the week)
Team: Working within the HK Sales & Marketing team
What you will be responsible for
This role focuses on content creation, digital marketing strategy, and SEO optimisation to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and marketing campaign success. Responsibilities include:
Creating, editing, and managing high-quality content in both English and Chinese for websites, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
Planning and executing TOFU (Top-of-Funnel) and BOFU (Bottom-of-Funnel) campaigns to nurture and convert leads.
Managing organic and paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, campaign setup, and performance optimisation.
Implementing SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility in local search results.
Collaborating with the digital marketing teams to localise and optimise global campaigns for the Hong Kong audience.
Monitoring and analysing website traffic, campaign performance, and user engagement, and preparing detailed progress reports.
Supporting the sales team by producing content tailored to the needs of prospective students and parents.
Skills we are looking for
Proven experience in content marketing, digital marketing, and campaign management.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and SEA.
Excellent copywriting and editing skills in both English and Chinese.
Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.) to support lead generation campaigns.
Creativity and the ability to develop engaging content that aligns with brand goals and resonates with target audiences.

Experience with A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation), and performance marketing.
Knowledge of the US/UK undergraduate application process.
