Partnerships and Referrals Associate

Crimson Education is seeking an experienced Partnerships and Referrals Associate to help grow our brand, customer base, and revenue in the United States through strategic partnerships with academic, extracurricular, and community groups and institutions and referrals initiatives aimed at expanding our customer base via recommender initiatives.
In this role, you will work closely with the USA Country Manager, marketing team, and senior management to help drive awareness of Crimson’s services via partnerships and generate high-quality leads through outreach, events, and creative collaboration. You will also strategize and execute referral programs working with our service teams to communicate with our highly engaged customer base.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in partnerships, sales, and/or business development and/or communicators who is eager to grow within a fast-moving, mission-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and building new partnerships with schools, community groups, student/parent organizations, and like-minded companies that align with Crimson’s mission.
- Innovate new outreach methods and infiltration into key audiences and organizations for partnerships.
- Comfortably pitch partnerships and develop replicable strategies/playbooks for developing new partnerships.
- Help maintain and support communications with existing partners, acting as a friendly and professional liaison.
- Support the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events (e.g., school talks, webinars, community presentations).
- Create messaging and outreach campaigns tailored to key family personas (e.g., private school families, cultural groups, athletes, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to help develop and distribute promotional materials, including social media posts related to partnership events.
- Represent Crimson at partnership events and occasionally speak or co-host with senior team members to showcase our offerings.
- Work with the senior marketing management and legal team to support partnership agreements and contract processes.
- Track outreach activity and report on partnership outcomes, ROI, and engagement metrics.
- Design and manage a scalable referral program that drives consistent lead generation from current and past clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and engage high-potential referrers, including satisfied families and Crimson alumni.
- Track referral performance, optimize incentive structures, and report on lead quality and conversion metrics.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to activate referrers across key audience segments.
- Collaborate with Client Success and Strategy Consulting teams to identify families likely to refer others.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in partnerships, outreach, sales, or customer-facing marketing, referral marketing (internships included). A background in education is a plus!
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people and representing a brand
- Comfortable presenting in front of small or large groups (online or in person)
- Type A personality - highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.
- A passion for education and a belief in Crimson’s mission to level the playing field in college admissions
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse audiences, including parents, educators, and community leaders.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and a track record of executing creative outreach or referral campaigns that drive measurable results.
