Due to our rapid growth in China, we’re looking for a growth-focused, local market-savvy Marketing Executive to join our team in Shanghai and drive student enrolments.
Working closely with the CGA Asia and CGA Global sales and marketing teams, this role will focus on increasing brand awareness and educating Mandarin-speaking prospective families both within and outside Mainland China on the value of online schooling through CGA.
This is a full-time hybrid/remote position, based in Shanghai.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development of CGA’s marketing strategy for Chinese families with a focus on lead generation and conversion
Identify and develop partnerships with education agents, sports academies, schools and other relevant organizations to generate referrals
Manage event (webinar and in-person) campaigns from inception to completion, including the creation of campaign materials, hosting and reporting on performance
Designing and creating cross-platform digital marketing collateral including social media ads, organic social content, digital flyers and booklets and WeChat/Red campaigns
Help organize community initiatives to drive social engagement, re enrolments and referrals
Keep a pulse on industry trends and competitors to ensure our campaigns remain effective and competitive within the admissions consulting sphere
What skills and experience are required?
4+ years of experience in marketing or business development for a high-growth or go-to-market product
Native Mandarin and fluent English verbal and written communication skills
Experience in premium education services or schooling is a plus
Adaptability and growth mindset to a fast-paced environment and new opportunities
Comfort working in an international education technology company with colleagues from all over the world
