The Role
We are looking for an ambitious, entry-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our UK & Europe team. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students and families — reaching out, qualifying interest, and booking meetings for our Academic Advisors.
Alongside outbound sales, you’ll also represent Crimson at career days, expos, and school events, helping us build relationships and generate leads. You’ll work closely with the Partnerships Manager, who leads Partnership strategy, while you focus on implementation and frontline sales outreach.
This is a fast-paced sales role, perfect for someone competitive, looking to learn and grow in business, and eager to grow into a full Account Executive down the line.
This is a full-time position suitable for someone based in England/UK who can travel domestically and around Europe as required. The position is hybrid with some travel into London for meetings/events and further afield as required. Candidates must be UK resident/UK passport holder. Strong interest in education and some sales experience preferred.
The ideal candidate will be dynamic, able to build rapport easily, be teachable, and have a growth mindset.
The purpose of this role is to represent Crimson and be the first point of contact for incoming calls, leads and potential clients by:
Providing resources to potential clients to inform them of Crimson services
Providing schools, students and parents with relevant resources and information at career fairs, school talks etc.
Working as part of a high performing team to provide the best experience to potential Crimson students
What are the main responsibilities for this role?
Prospect new students and families through outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails etc.
Qualify leads to ensure they’re a fit for Crimson and book meetings with our Academic Advisors.
Represent Crimson at career days, school expos, and fairs — talking to students, parents, and teachers, collecting leads, and promoting Crimson services.
Follow up promptly with all event and inbound leads, ensuring they’re entered into Salesforce/CRM and moved through the pipeline.
Support the Partnerships Manager with the implementation of school-facing activities (career days, competitions, expos).
Consistently hit and exceed weekly and monthly targets for booked meetings and lead generation.
Keep detailed records of outreach, pipeline activity, and outcomes.
