Academic Advisor: Western Europe

Our network includes 2,400 tutors and consultants worldwide who work with over 20,000 students.
Our tech platform connects tutors and mentors to high school students aiming to achieve admission to top universities in the US, UK, EU, and beyond.
This is a full-time, remote/hybrid sales role. Candidates MUST be from and based in Western Europe/UK. Applicants must have right to work in Europe and ability to travel around Europe/UK.
The ideal candidate will be dynamic, able to build rapport easily, customer-obsessed, and have a sales mindset.
You’ll be both the face of Crimson and the driver of our local presence—leading consultations, growing our client base, representing Crimson at schools, and cultivating strategic partnerships. You'll be responsible for direct sales execution and strategic market development. You’ll engage prospective families, build trusted relationships, and represent Crimson at schools, conferences, and community events across the European region.
The salary is made up of both a base + commission.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & client consultations
- Conduct 1:1 consultations with prospective clients, offering tailored education solutions
- Own your personal sales pipeline and meet or exceed individual enrollment targets
- Collaborate with marketing and Sales Development Representatives to convert leads into high-quality client engagements
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships that generate referrals and renewals
- Act as the expert on Crimson’s services, adapting messaging to different audience needs
Market & business development
- Represent Crimson at school visits, partner meetings, events, and fairs
- Identify and develop partnerships with local and international schools and education providers
- Explore new growth opportunities
- Track, analyse, and report market feedback and trends to regional leadership
Leadership & Strategic Input
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure brand consistency and best practice sharing
- Contribute to hiring, training, and mentoring junior sales associates as the region scales
- Be a Crimson brand ambassador, championing our mission and values
- Play a key role in shaping the region’s growth strategy — identifying market opportunities, setting priorities, and aligning local initiatives with global goals to drive performance and scale effectively

You just might be the person we are looking for if you have/are:
- An excellent previous sales track record
- Strong storytelling skills and experience in public speaking
- Interest in working with families and students
- An interest in changing the world through education!
- A confident communication style with a consultative sales mindset
- Highly organised, goal-driven, and results-oriented
- Comfortable presenting to families, educators, and senior stakeholders
- Fluent in English and/either German, French, Spanish, Italian
- Knowledge and experience of top European schools
- Knowledge and experience of elite university admissions, particularly US & UK preferred
- Willingness to travel across Western Europe
