Field Expert Mentor, Crimson Rise

Join Crimson Rise as a Field Expert Mentor – Empower the Next Generation of Global Leaders! 🌍
Are you passionate about revolutionizing education and making a meaningful impact on future generations?
Crimson Education is a Series C global EdTech startup, founded in 2013, with a bold vision: to transform students into the world leaders of tomorrow through personalized education and technology. With a presence in 28 countries and a team of 700+ professionals, we connect over 3,000 tutors and mentors with students aiming for admission to top universities or career pathways around the globe.
The Opportunity
As a Field Expert Mentor, you'll support students across two complementary programs:
Masterclasses — Lead hands-on group sessions introducing students to your field. You'll cover key topics, career pathways, and a practical field challenge, giving students a real taste of what professionals in your area actually do.
Capstones — Guide individual students through original, field-based projects from ideation to completion. Projects range from research and prototypes to community campaigns and creative portfolios, structured across five levels of difficulty to meet each student where they are.
These two programs are designed to work together — Masterclass sparks the interest, Capstone develops it into something tangible.
