To support our students, we have built / purpose of role
To support growth in Uzbekistan, Crimson is opening a new role of Business Development Manager (B2B). This is a full-time position, that can be worked remotely or in one of our many offices around the globe.
What are the main responsibilities for this role?
- Develop and execute a B2B sales & marketing strategy to create brand awareness and hit revenue targets set for the country
- Pitch Crimson products to high-potential partners, including reputable schools, education related organizations, career consultants, and other stakeholders, in order to build a solid sales pipeline.
- Act as a spokesperson and representative on behalf of Crimson as required at events and conferences
- Advise digital marketing team of opportunities for building brand awareness and lead generation through paid ads, localization of marketing materials and collaboration with local influencers
- Advise the regional team about the need to adjust the product offerings for the market
- Generate initial consultations from partner organisations and support negotiations with clients, when required.
- Act as a country representative for the first point of call for incoming queries
- Coordinate and maintain close communication with global and regional teams to effectively leverage Crimson resources and ensure seamless strategy execution
- Use the Salesforce CRM for progress reporting
What skills and experience are required?
- Experience in university admissions consulting and education industry
- Thorough understanding of the education scene in the country, ties with key stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial grip coupled with solid commercial and strategic agility
- A strong appetite to succeed and achieve growth
- Experience launching and managing partnerships for lead generation
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent Uzbek and English languages. Command of Russian will be a plus
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail
