To support our students, we have built / purpose of role
This is a full-time position, that can be worked remotely or in one of our many offices around the globe.
What are the main responsibilities for this role?
- Enhance Processes: Collaborate to implement service process enhancements, boosting operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Tool Maintenance: Update and maintain performance monitoring tools using Google Spreadsheets and Docs for accurate data tracking and reporting.
- Drive Success Metrics: Strive for success metrics achievement, including prompt allocations, minimal student reallocations, high session ratings, low cancellation rates, and strong mentor retention.
- Professional Interaction: Foster positive, professional interactions with mentors, students, Delta Institute team, Crimson staff, ensuring a positive stakeholder experience.
- Product Knowledge: Continuously expand your understanding of Delta Institute’s and Crimson's offerings to provide accurate support to the team.
- Preemptive Issue Resolution: Proactively resolve potential issues to prevent operational disruptions.
- Student Check-ins: Conduct regular student check-ins via various channels to monitor progress and provide support.
- Calendar Coordination: Organize calendar invites for events and mentoring sessions, keeping stakeholders informed.
- Reminder Communications: Dispatch timely reminders for upcoming events and sessions, ensuring readiness and engagement.
- Attendance Tracking: Monitor student attendance, offering insights to improve participation rates.
- Community Building: Nurture a sense of belonging through active engagement with students and mentors.
- Feedback Collection: Gather student and mentor feedback to enhance our services continually.
What skills and experience are required?
- Organizational Excellence: Showcase 1-3 years of organizational prowess, time management, and creativity in high-volume settings.
- Operational Acumen: Preferably possess operations experience in fast-paced environments, education sector familiarity a plus.
- Calendar Management: Proficiently handle calendar scheduling and timely reminders.
- Tech Proficiency: Utilize MS Office, Google Suite, and Slack effectively for streamlined processes.
- Detail-Oriented: Exhibit keen attention to detail while managing diverse tasks.
- Adaptability: Thrive in dynamic settings, readily adapting to change.
- Communication Expertise: Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
