Junior Sales Development Representative

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team player to join our team as a junior Sales Development Representative (SDR). This role would suit someone who's looking to start a career and gain hands-on experience, learn fast and make an impact, and develop their skills in a dynamic industry and supportive team.
This is a full-time, remote, entry-level position:
- Normal working time is Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Remote with in-office scheduled meetings as well as event attendance and support as required. Candidate to be able to travel into London as required
- Right to live and work in the UK required. No sponsorship offered.
- Ability to travel in UK/Europe
- £23,000 per annum

What are the main responsibilities for this role?
- Making calls and responding to enquiries from leads to qualify them for sales processes, ensuring that data is diligently, accurately entered and managed within Crimson's Client Relations Management (CRM) system Salesforce
- Updating the record of these leads and tracking their movements to the next stage of the sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Supporting the CM and Sales team with administrative requirements
- Weekly collating of sales report for management
- Logging all calls, emails, texts to leads in regional tracking sheets
- Establish, develop and maintain positive and professional customer interactions and relationships for Crimson
- Support in-office and external event activities
- Supporting regional email and phone in-boxes/messaging for in-bound queries
- Supporting the ongoing management of regional school contact lists and working with Schools Sales Manager on local school outreach
You just might be the person we are looking for if you have:
- Excellent English communication (written and spoken) skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- An eye for detail
- Embody professionalism, can work under pressure,
- Confidence, a positive attitude (patience, empathy)
- Willingness to learn and go the extra mile
- Digital proficiency
- Experience using CRM (Salesforce) and multiple systems and platforms would be an advantage.
