Our Module Leaders work remotely with students from the US, Asia, Australia, and Europe. These roles are part-time, flexible, and hourly, making them ideal for those seeking to make a difference in the lives of students while managing other commitments.

Who We’re Looking For:

✅ Professionals with strong expertise and experience in their professional field.

✅ Exceptional communicators who can mentor and engage students effectively.

✅ A passion for nurturing talent and empowering students to succeed.

✅ Availability for 10 hours per week throughout the work experience program.

Your Responsibilities as a Module Leader:

• Collaborating with students from across the globe to guide them through formal module sessions.
• Using your expertise to deliver high-quality academic and professional skills instruction in your domain.
• Conducting weekly office hours, based on your availability, to assist students with seminar content, case study inquiries, and career advice.
• Collaborating with the Delta Careers Team by sharing lesson plans and session content prior to the program’s commencement.
• Ensuring timely sharing of session materials, recordings, and notes within 24 hours for students’ reference.
• Supporting student teams in ideation, problem-solving, and guiding them through their Final Case Study and Pitch Night.
• Maintaining communication with students, developing and assessing their evaluations.
